INGREDIENTS
- For 4-6 people: 
 
-    12 buds 
 
-  300 grams of sugar 
 
-  1 cup water 
 
-  a rind of lemon   
 
                                         ELABORATION
1º Heat the water with the sugar and lemon rind until a syrup floss point. 
2º Take this syrup into a mold (with smooth walls) and leave tuning. 
3º Put the yolks in a bowl and lightly bátelas. Add the remaining syrup pan and mix with a spatula. Pass this mixture through a sieve and pour it into the mold smeared with syrup. 
4º Place the pan in a steamer until set. It takes about 20 minutes or so. 
5º Finally, let cool, and serves demolded.
