INGREDIENTS

- Makes 8 crepes:
- 250 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 liter of whole milk
- 50 g butter
- 10 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
HOW TO MAKE PANCAKES
Pour the flour into a bowl and add gradually, with wire whisk, milk, eggs, salt and sugar. The dough should be smooth but not thick.
