RECIPE OF PANCAKES

It's a recipe for 2 people, the type Desserts, very easy difficulty and ready in 15 minutes.

                                                          INGREDIENTS

- Makes 8 crepes:
 - 250 g flour
 - 4 eggs
 - 1/2 liter of whole milk
- 50 g butter
- 10 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt




                                         HOW TO MAKE PANCAKES

Pour the flour into a bowl and add gradually, with wire whisk, milk, eggs, salt and sugar. The dough should be smooth but not thick.
  Let rest 5 minutes and then we spread a medium saucepan with the butter and wait for it to warm over medium heat. To make the first crepe cast a soup ladle of soup, and split to the entire base of the pan.
  Once golden about 1 minute over low heat layer beneath the crepe took off with a spatula and we turn to brown the other side.
  We repeat the operation with butter to grease the pan with each crepe.
  Presentation Tips: savory crepes go well with salad, cheese, meat sauce or vegetable. The sweet crepes with chocolate, jam or cream.
