RECIPE: EGG CUSTARD WITH CANDY

                              PREPARATION OF CANDY :

 
1. We put a saucepan or frying pan to medium heat to reach temperature. We add the ingredients in the following order : 5 tablespoons white granulated sugar and a little water (3 tablespoons).
  2.  We leave on medium heat without stirring (at first we should not move sugar with wooden spoon because apelmazará ) and see how gradually begin to form small bubbles and sugar changes color. When this happens we remove , now with a wooden spoon and help to mix everything.
 
3.  Remove from heat and continue stirring until it reaches that color honey roasted caramel and add a few drops of lemon juice, this will give you shine and will not crystallize rapidly .

TIP:

               PREPARATION OF EGG CUSTARD :
